I help creative entrepreneurs bring what is uniquely theirs into the world, and find a way to get paid for it.
You may have become very good at building what other people want, while your own ideas sit on a shelf. Or the business that once excited you has grown into a working life that leaves little room for the part you loved.
Your taste, instincts, experience and the things you naturally notice are the starting point. We make room to hear them, follow what has life in it, and give it a form that can become valuable to someone else.
Who this is for
This is for entrepreneurs who have already built, sold or led something and feel there is more inside them than what is making it into their work. You want to create something you care about, with a real place in the world.
You have the means to give this work attention, and you are willing to practice, make things and let other people experience what you create.
What we will create
Something that feels deeply yours and becomes useful enough for someone else to pay for.
Over 99 days, we follow one direction far enough to give it form and bring it into contact with real people. You can arrive with an idea or with the feeling that something needs to change; we make the focus clear together.
Your focus might be
- A service shaped around the work you most love doing and the particular way you do it.
- A product or business idea that keeps returning, waiting for the attention to become real.
- A body of work drawn from your own experience, with a way for people to learn from it or work with you.
Getting paid matters because the work needs a way to continue. We explore who it could serve, why they would value it and how it could support your life.
Listen, Cultivate and Serve describe the emphasis of each 33-day period. We move between them throughout, so reflection and action stay in conversation from the beginning.
Days 1 to 33
Listen
Recover your own signal.
We begin with your actual days: where your attention goes, what leaves you depleted, and which ideas keep returning even when you put them aside.
We look at the work you are proudest of and what made it yours. We notice where comparison, obligation or habit has been making your decisions, and where your own curiosity is still alive.
Together we build a simple daily practice, usually 30 minutes or less. It may involve walking, writing, stillness or careful observation, depending on what helps you see clearly.
As a direction emerges, we begin exploring it in practice. That might mean making a rough version or speaking with someone you hope to serve. Their response gives us something real to listen to as well.
At Day 33
We review what you want to create, the practice that helps you hear yourself, and what you have learned from your first steps. Together we choose what deserves more attention.
Days 34 to 66
Cultivate
Give the work somewhere to grow.
An idea can feel clear on a walk and disappear into Monday morning. If the calendar is still arranged around everything else, there is little room for it to take root.
We work on those conditions. That may mean protecting time, changing a recurring commitment, delegating a responsibility or removing a distraction you have accepted as inevitable.
We give the idea form through the choices you make: what belongs in it, what you leave out, and how you want someone to experience it. Your taste becomes visible in the work itself.
We develop a first version and share it with people it could serve. As it takes shape, we explore how you could be paid to keep creating it, in a way you can sustain and enjoy.
At Day 66
We review what you have made, what people have responded to, and whether your days are giving the work room to grow. We look for the choices that make it feel more like you and more useful to them.
Days 67 to 99
Serve
Bring what is yours into the world.
The question is simple: how can what is uniquely mine become useful to somebody else?
We put the work in front of the people it is for and listen carefully to their experience. We discover where your particular way of seeing or making things meets a need in their lives.
We make the invitation to pay clear: what someone receives, what it costs, and how you will deliver it. We consider the time and care it asks of you, so the work has a chance to sustain the person creating it.
By Day 99
Our aim is that you have created and shared a real expression of your work, learned from the people it could serve, and explored a concrete way to get paid for it.
You also have a practice for returning to your creative source and a clearer sense of the conditions your best work needs. We review what you have made, the response it received, and any paid work that has begun.
Then we choose the next step. The method remains yours to use as the work grows, and we can consider whether another season together would be useful.
How we work
99 days, private and one on one, built around you and what you want to bring into the world.
Before we begin
A private inquiry conversation to understand where you are, choose a focus and agree what meaningful progress would look like.
Weekly private sessions
Fourteen sessions, alternating seven 90-minute deep sessions with seven 30-minute integration sessions.
Practice and practical work
A daily practice, usually 30 minutes or less, shaped around you. We also make time to create, share the work and learn from the people it could serve.
Between sessions
Private contact for questions, observations and work in progress connected to our agreed focus. Before starting, we agree the channel, response window and what material I will review.
You make the decisions and carry the work forward. I help you see clearly and act on what you uncover.
Working together
I have built multiple businesses with creativity, instinct and care as much of the fuel behind them. The Art of Enterprise grows out of that experience.
I listen with you, ask questions, notice patterns and help you build around what we find. My aim is to help you trust your own judgment and bring more of yourself into work you love doing and can be paid for.
Investment
US$1,500 to begin, followed by three payments of US$1,500, every 33 days.
The remaining payments fall 33, 66 and 99 days after your start date. We confirm the calendar dates and working terms before payment.
I work with up to three Art of Enterprise clients at a time so I can give each person close attention.
